Flat Fee MLS Listing Client Reviews

This is the 1st time I have ever used a site like this. I realized after signing it takes a little longer than expected to set up all the info do to my lack of knowledge of just what a realtor needs to set up MLS listing and other sites. This could be quick for others that are more prepared. Once that was done it was very easy to use the web site and its services. Over all I would use there site again and recommend to others. The savings and control alone is worth it. The price for the service was very fair.

This is truly a valuable service!

This flat fee firm is the most professional that I have used. They make sure your MLS listing is listed in the county where your property is. Other firms did not have memberships in various counties and would list your property in a county where they held membership, but different from where your property is located and they do not disclose this to you. I sold my property quickly and had a lot of response from realtors. USE THEM. You won't be sorry

After wading through a full-service broker, and trying a "sale by owner," we settled on Addvantage -- and were very glad we did. In an impossible market we finally sold, and were so happy to have Keith and his staff to help us over the rough spots. They were always there to answer our questions, unlike some flat fee agencies who "disappear" after getting your money. It was comforting to know that the "agent activate" was available during the period we were traveling. All in all, a great experience!
