Should I use a FSBO sign?

ADDvantage Real Estate Services strongly advises flat fee listed sellers not to use a FSBO sign. The message a FSBO sign conveys to Realtors® damages and dilutes the marketing efforts of ADDvantage.    2. Realtors® drive up to a home with their clients and see a FSBO sign…immediately they assume the Seller is flat fee listed and that is not our message.
   3. When Realtors® drive by a FSBO sign they think no commission
